Please be vigilant if approached by any company or service (Convention Housing Authority, for example) that implies or claims to be an official housing provider of SMC18. We have been made aware of groups that may be aggressively pursuing you, or your company, to book your guest rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts.  Reservations made through these “pirate” agencies or companies outside of the official event hotel block will be at your own risk.

If you are contacted by one of these pirate companies, please notify us immediately, forwarding the email you received to events@sname.org.

Please note that for the best rates, all rooms for the 2018 SNAME Maritime Convention should be booked directly with the Omni Hotel. Reservations can be made by using the “Make a Reservation” links provided on this website or by calling them directly and stating you are with the SMC18 event group.
